The proof vocabulary includes cross_plan.md, review_changes.json, diff.patch, events.jsonl, metrics.json and handoff_decision records.
Evidence
The event spine outlives the session.
The evidence surface exists so teams do not have to trust a summary alone. Events, diffs, metrics, findings and handoff decisions stay available for dashboards, MCP clients and later review.
